This is an online repository of information for the Transition Team.  This is not designed to be a primary source of team communication.

What is our task?

Our major focus will be to complete a Ministry Site Profile. (MSP)  The MSP will be used by the synod to select candidates for Creator's Call Committee to interview.

To begin our MSP work the team will lead the congregation in conversations to discern where God is calling the people of Creator.  We will use Surveys, Cottage Meetings and One-to-ones to gather congregational input. After compiling and evaluating the input we will determine and write up Creator's vision for future ministry.

Our work will be communicated and coordinated with the Council.
